Schedule: You can arrive for camping as early as Tuesday August 7th and depart as late as Monday August 13th. The actual SOUL TECH Gathering starts Thursday August 9th at 3:00pm and ends Sunday August 12th at 7:00pm.

Camping is a donation $30 per night/per tent/camp site/RV/van up to 3 guests per group. Additional guests per tent $10 each, additional tents per group $30 each. Please bring your own tents, sleeping bags and towels. Please check weather forecast prior to visit to ensure you are prepared. For more information please read the FAQs. You can arrive as early as early as Tuesday August 7th and depart as late as Monday August 13th. RV and Trailer camping is the same price as tent or vehicle camping. We have plenty of spaces for your tents, location selection happens when you arrive at the ranch.

ECETI Provided Tents - We have a limited number of tents with one 18" high queen size air mattress available for rental during the SoulTech Gathering. Rental is $60 per night per tent up to 3 guests per group. (3rd person will need to bring their sleeping bag) Additional guests per tent $10 each. For ECETI tents we provide linens and towels and these tents will be set up for you in advance of your arrival. Please check weather forecast prior to visit to ensure you are prepared. Guest Room accommodation - All of the Guest Room accommodations during the SOUL TECH GATHERING are filled with our amazing presenters. If you are not a camper, please visit our FAQ document - for a listing of local motels and bed and breakfasts.

Meals during the Soul Tech Gathering - In order to provide individuals with choices for meals from our organic caterer, meals are purchased separately. Meal selection will be available for ordering as of February 15th and must be purchased by Monday July 30th. Meals purchased on or after Tuesday July 31st will be subject to a 10% surcharge for late ordering. We will send out an email letting you know when meals are available to be ordered.

Transpersonal Release Session - Due to the energy that goes into planning and holding the space for this event,, private in-person or remote TPRS are NOT AVAILABLE with James once the SOUL TECH Gathering starts.

There are limited TPR sessions available before and after the SoulTech Gathering dates. This registration form shows real time availability of TPRS sessions. These require prepayment at time of booking. Sessions can be cancelled up until August 5, 2018 at no expense. As of August 6th these sessions become non-refundable.
